Product Summary

The Titan Hydroxyl Generator with Hydroxyl Maximizer removes odors and kills germs. The 365nm–385nm UVA rays emitted from Titan's TAiO2 photocatalytic lamps pass through 2 permanent anatase TiO2 coated super reactor screens which are designed to hold the maximum amount of highly reactive nano-sized anatase titanium dioxide. As a result, electron hole pairs are formed that react with H2O and O2 in the air and produce free electrons, hydroxyl radicals and ionized hydroperoxides. When they are dispersed by the fan they will decompose organic and inorganic gasses and air pollutants into carbon dioxide and water. This unit is 100% safe for inhabited areas. Its self-cleaning technology is certified by NASA and FDA/type 2 medical device standards.

    1. The generator would have 2 UV bulbs. The UVA lamps operate in the 365-385 nanometer spectrum. They are rated for a lifespan of up to 8,000 hours.
