    1. This ratchet set includes a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturer's defects, but not misuse or abuse of the tool. Please contact the Northern Tool Customer Service department at 1-800-222-5381 if you have a warranty issue. The Customer Service department is open Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm Central time and Saturday, 8am-2pm.
