    1. It would be for the gas only. The cylinder would be purchased separately or exchanged in our retail stores only.

    1. This product includes the gas only. The cylinder must be purchased separately or exchanged locally. A typical acetylene cylinder measures approximately 31" tall, 7" wide, and 7" deep.

  3. Does the cylinder being turned in for exchange need to be a Thoroughbred brand cylinder?

    1. If the cylinder being exchanged is a Thoroughbred cylinder, you will only be charged for the gas exchange. Non-Thoroughbred cylinders may also be exchanged; however, an additional exchange fee will apply. Please contact your local Northern Tool store for pricing on non-Thoroughbred cylinder exchanges.
