  1. Does this include all the software required to use this device? Thickcar is deceptive about the products they sell. Their website lacks critical detail. When a customer goes to use the product it will not work as a subsection is required.

    1. Thinkdriver requires the purchase by your vehicle VIN code through the app. If you have more than one vehicle, you will need to purchase by each vehicle's VIN code. Even if they are both the same vehicle brand, each VIN code purchase can be used for one year.
