- Five Work Zones – The jaws have serrated surfaces, smooth surfaces, coarse teeth, a wire cutter, and hex-grip teeth
- Hardened Cutting Knives – The wire cutter has two opposing knives that meet in the center and are induction-hardened to 55 - 59 HRC
- Flared Handles – The tops of the handles are flared to give your hand a positive stop to push against without slipping towards the conductive head of the pliers
