    1. You can pair the alert sensor by pressing the code button inside the battery compartment of the alert sensor.

    1. This system will detect motion up to 40' away as long as there are no obstructions. There is no adjustment to shorten this distance.

  4. is this unit waterproof?

    1. The sensor is water resistant and designed to be left outdoor to the elements without being damaged. It is not considered waterproof meaning that it is not designed for full submersion. The receiver should be used indoors only and not exposed to wet conditions.

    1. The receiver will come with four accessory input channels. The additional sensor model number SWADS-ALSEN1 can be purchased through the manufacturer directly.

    1. The range of the wireless transmission for the driveway alert system is dependent on local environment (obstructions, weather, signal interferences, etc) and can be up to approximately 60 meters (around 196 feet).
