    1. The tank is algae resistant. The tank is safe for potable water.

  3. Why the weird shape?  Looks impossible to clean.

    1. The tank is designed to be slim enough to fit through a door. The holes in the middle provide structural integrity when full to prevent warping and distortion of the tank. There is a large lid on the top of the tank that will come off to clean. The manufacturer does state that the tank is easily able to be cleaned.
