    1. The dolly will include the charger. You would just plug it into a standard 120 volt wall outlet and connect the other end of the charger to the port for the batteries.

    1. The ball can be switched out to a 2 5/16" ball. It would need to match the size shank of 1" diameter and 2" length.

  10. One of the pictures claim the dolly is “all terrain”.  The description says concrete or blacktop only.  Which is it?

    1. The wheels are all terrain. However, the manufacturer advises to not operate the machine on soft surfaces like gravel, or sand/loose dirt.
