  • CONVENIENT SIZE: Each modern geometric planter has a 14.75" top outer diameter (11.75" outer bottom diameter) and has a 14" outer height. It has an inner top diameter of 13.25" (5.5" inner bottom diameter) and has a 13.5" inner height. It weighs 4 lbs per planter. Each has a soil capacity of 4.3 gallons/0.57 cubic feet/17 quarts. The large size makes these planters great for growing plants and flowers both inside and outside.
  • MODERN DESIGN: This set of 2 large flower pots is made from durable linear low-density polyethylene (polyresin) for resistance to most weather conditions. The material is lightweight, making it easy to move to any location. The hand-painted finish, neutral color, and textured appearance make this planter a staple for any outdoor area. Due to the manual painting process, slight variations in color may occur.
  • DOUBLE-WALLED PLANTER: Each octagonal planter pot features a double-walled design. The inner wall protects and insulates roots from changes in temperature. The space between the inner and outer walls can be filled with sand or gravel to prevent it from tipping over in windy conditions. The plug at the bottom of the planter is not for drainage; this is where it can be filled with gravel or sand.
  • DRAINAGE HOLES: While there are no drainage holes in the modern garden planters, drainage holes can be added to areas indicated on the bottom using a 1/4" drill bit. The planter is double-walled so be sure the drill penetrates both walls. If drainage holes are added and the planter is used indoors, be sure to place a saucer underneath to prevent water from spilling.
