    1. This fan is not explosion proof and could not be used to exhaust anything that is flammable, such as paint fumes.

    1. Currently there is not a rating for how many hours the motor is expected to last. This blower does come with a 12 month warranty so if the motor stop working in that year it is covered. The blower can be covered longer with Northern Tool Service Protection Plan.
