  1. Can this cart be attached some how to a riding mower?

    1. I cut the hand grip off and welded on a u-shaped bracket I use to attach it to my riding mower.  I recently hauled over 6 yards of sand (put a tarp in first) around my yard after aerating.  There was at least 500 pounds in the wagon and it didn't even groan. But because of how they designed the wheel carriage the wagon is very tippy, so be aware of that.

    2. It is not designed to do it, but I use a bungee cord attached to the tractor hitch to pull it around. It has not had any problems, but I also don't do this with maximum loads in difficult terrain. For pulling a load of tools around the yard it works fine.

    3. I put a 1 7/8' ball on my riding mower and golf cart and hooked it up that way. It is not secure but would only be a problem when backing up. I later fabricated a piece of 3" angle iron to attach it.

    4. I have a Gravely zero-turn with a trailer hitch in the back. All it is, is an extended steel plate with a 5/8" hole in it. I used a nylon fiber rope to tie the wagon handle to the mower. It works pretty well, as long as I check once in a while to make sure the rope hasnn't loosened up. If you're handy, you could weld or bolt a flat steel bar to the handle, drill a 5/8" hole in it and attach the handle and bar to the trailer hitch if you have one. If you don't have a hitch, either buy one or do something makeshift with it.

    5. There is no hitch included for hauling it with a lawn tractor.

    6. This wagon is designed to be pulled by hand. Northern Tool at this time does not offer a part that will allow this wagon to be attached to a riding mower.

  2. maneuverability

    Does this cart come with a lawn tractor/ATV adapter to allow it to be moved around, besides by the hand-pulled handle?

    2. BIG Plus ! Really easy to back & jack around when in your door. My shed has a 36" wide door but can easily fit through a 30" doorway. When you assemble your wagon squirt some lube on the wheel bearings & moving links (king pins). In 10 minutes practice time you'll love this wagon. It's light weight design may worry you when you assemble it but you'll enjoy how EASY it is to move around or put into the back of a station wagon or minie van. Easy to pull & if it's a long trip, have a board handy to sit across the sides to rest (& drink your cold stuff :) More thought put into it's design than lots of $100,000.00 tractor/trailers I've owned. Stay under 200-300lbs load & enjoy it for years. I smile every time I use it.

    5. This jumbo wagon can only be moved by the hand pulled handle. There is no adapter to pull it behind a lawn tractor or ATV.

    1. Deck height is approximately 16 13/16", with tires inflated to 38 psi.

  9. What is the load rating of each tire?

    Are the load rating of the tires enough to justify the 1400 lb rating for the wagon? Most of these Chinese tires will not carry that much weight, even if the rest of the wagon could (which is doubtful).

    1. Load rating is 350 lbs per tire,which are Nylon Tube Type. Size of tires are 13x5 and you are correct they were made in China. I have 500 lbs as my biggest load so far,pulled wagon about a mile with no problems.
