    1. No, assembly took me about 30 minutes. Was pretty easy.

    4. No, it is not assembled. It took me about 30-40 min to assemble with a flat head screwdriver, and an adjustable wrench and a pair of pliers.

    5. NO, it must be assembled. The instructions are a little lacking in clarity but the pictures on the box will lead you. A helper is highly recommended.

  4. Will this cart work with a zero turn mower?

    1. Yes.....but beware of the hole your zero turn has...the hitch on the wagon is quite large...so you may have to re-drill or get some sort of adaption piece.

    3. Absolutely! That's what I use to pull mine! The zero turn makes it super easy to maneuver!

    4. We use it with a Grasshopper ZTR and it works great you just have to be careful when turning

    5. This dump cart can be used with zero turn mowers when making wider turns. It's not compatible when the mower is making tight or zero turns.

  6. Are the sides removable or do they fold down?

    In one of the photos, there appear to be cotter pins holding the sides and front panels to the bed. It appears that if you pulled these pins, the sides would fold down or could be removed to make a flatbed. True? In one photo, these cotter pins appear on the top edge of the panels and on the bottom of the front panel but they are missing from another photo. Why? Are there two models? Are those pins removable? If so, why or what do they do?

    1. The sides fold down by flipping the latches in the front and by pulling the lower pins on the sides they are removable. The upper part of the sides are also removable by pulling some pins. The rear panel slides in and out.

    2. Yes, this it true, the sides can easily fold down or be completely removed to make a flat bed. The rear gate does not have pins and you just have to pull up on it to remove it. The front panel has pins and this panel is removable also.

    3. If you choose, the rails and front, back and sides can be removed, leaving a flat deck. The pins hold these pieces in place.

    4. The sides do not fold down, but can be removed manually. They are held in place with hinge pins that secure them to the bottom panels.

  7. Hitch Question

    We want to use this behind our UTV on our property but the UTV has a ball hitch receiver. Is there a converter we can purchase to be able to hook this up behind the UTV?

    1. I would not recommend it. The trailer is made for low and slow. If you must hook it to your UTV, simply remove the ball in your hitch and use that hole, when done, put it back on.

  8. What is the size of container holding the parts. Give me L x W x H please

    My question is related to the Strongway 1200 lb dump cart.
    My pickup has a topper which limits how high the carton can be.

    1. It will fit in your truck....I dropped my passenger back seat and put it in my SRX.

    2. I don't have my box any longer but it will easily fit in a pickup bed with a topper. The box was pretty flat if I remember correctly it was less than a foot high when laid flat.

  9. is there a converter to use a ball hitch?

    I have a ball hitch on my atv, do they make pin to ball hitch converter for this type of pin hook up? Thanks.....

    1. You could purchase a ball hitch coupler and install it on the cart by simply drill a couple of holes.

    2. We took the pin hitch off and bought a 3 inch receiver hitch end at Northern for it. Drilled a couple of holes and voila works like a charm. Would not pull at high rate of speed as this cart is not intended for the road or high speed handling.
