what hiway speed is this rated for? can this product be hardwired into your truck?

  This light is rated for speeds up to 68 MPH. To hardwire this light, connect the red wire to the positive terminal and the black wire to the negative terminal. Touch the yellow wire to the red positive wire to switch modes.
