    2. It would depend on the size and how closed in the space is , but they are a tad noisy but push air very well.

    3. Hi neighbor. This fan runs fast faster and even faster. No rpm's listed but low speed is not LOW in my opinion. Conversation near the fan will be difficult...but then it moves a lot of air. each pull of the chain after low is barely discernible as a speed increase related to noise.
