  5. I just assembled this hand truck. The pull ring and latch at the top of the handle seems to have no functional purpose because it does not engage with anything in either the hand truck or the platform mode. Can you explain what it's purpose is?

    1. The pull ring and latch is designed to release the handle and to lay the middle handle down to the bottom frame.

  7. Upon turning it into a cart, what's the max length? I've got a long metal tool box about 50' long I'd like to haul around with it.
