The main component of this kit is the Tradesman jack by Stillwell Jacks. As a quality alternative to traditional jacks. the Tradesman jack can provide greater lift force and faster extension than both electric and manual jacks. The kit includes all the necessary components to install the Stillwell 7000-lb. hydraulic trailer jack onto a trailer with existing hydraulics. Includes detailed instructions to make the installation process simple and straightforward. Made in U.S.A.

  1. My current jack bolts on vertical surface, vs horizontal in installation video. Can this still be used?

    1. The jack can only be mounted vertically.

  2. Can you purchase 2 jacks and have the selector valve run 2 jacks like on a gooseneck dump trailer

    1. The jack kit is designed to run the jack or the dump trailer. It could be set up to run 2 jacks, but you would need a flow divider combiner to keep them working together. Northern Tool does not carry the flow divider for this.

  3. Does this come with the hoses needed to provide fluid to jack??

    1. This hydraulic jack will include the following:

      1) 7K Stillwell Tradesman hydraulic trailer jack
      (4) 0.25" x 17" 2-wire hose assemblies with #6 JIC straight ends
      (4) #6 male JIC to #6 male O-ring straight fittings
      (4) #6 male JIC to #6 male O-ring with 90° elbow fittings
      Mounting hardware kit (3 screws, washers, and nuts)

    1. The manufacturer has not tested this unit for lift speed as there are too many variables to calculate.

    1. This kit includes all the necessary components to install the Stillwell 7000lb. hydraulic trailer jack onto a trailer with existing hydraulics.

  6. Can the jack be operated manually in case there is low battery power?

    1. The jack could be operated manually with the additional manual pump kit, model 325025. Without the manual pump kit, it cannot be operated manually. Northern Tool does not currently carry the manual pump kit.
