Sort by:

  1. How long is the charge on the battery

    1 answer

    1. The battery lasts up to 120 minutes with the hedge trimmer blade or 80 minutes with the grass trimmer blade. Actual runtime depends on vegetation type and operating conditions.

  2. Can the smaller blade be use on small boxwood bushes?

    1 answer

    1. The smaller 4.7-inch blade on the STIHL HSA 26 can be used on small boxwood bushes, especially for light shaping and detail trimming

  3. I need a replacement 4.7 inch blade. How can I order one?

    1 answer

    1. The replacement grass blade is model HA03 820 3500. Please contact the manufacturer direct for pricing and availability.

      Helpful?

  4. Would this work for spring cut of large mass planting of native grasses?

    1 answer

    1. The HSA 26 can be used to cut back grasses; however, its compact 4.7-inch grass blade is best suited for smaller areas and individual clumps rather than large mass plantings. For larger plantings, the STIHL HSA 60 Set (Item #5841685) is a better option, as its 24-inch blade allows for faster and more efficient spring cutback.

    1 answer

    1. The part number for the shrub blade is HA03 820 3000 and for the grass blade it is HA03 820 3500. You would contact your local Stihl service center to order parts.
