    1. The AutoCut C 3‑2 EasySpool™ head binds when the trimmer line is cross‑wound or overfilled, so the fix is to remove the line and rewind 10–12 feet of 0.080‑inch Quiet Line™ evenly and tightly in the direction of the spool arrow, ensuring smooth feed through the bump guard.

    1. The string trimmer would include an AK 20, 36 volt battery. It would take approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery.

    1. First, remove the battery from the trimmer by unlocking it and sliding it out. Then connect the charger to a power outlet and slide the battery onto the charger until it clicks into place. The charger's LED will indicate the charging status (flashing green for charging, solid green when complete).

    1. To feed trimmer line into the trimmer heard, remove the battery, flip the trimmer over, and locate the trimmer head. Align the arrows on the bump head with the corresponding holes, then insert the trimmer line through the holes, ensuring an even length on both sides. Finally, rotate the bump head counterclockwise to wind the line onto the spool.
