The PH2 size Philips head tip is coated with a protective black oxide coating which adds increased grip in fasteners and won't chip or flake off like plated tips. The extra-long 6in. shaft provides exceptional reach when working on recessed fasteners. When encountering particularly stubborn fasteners, the shaft section next to the handle features a hex-shaped bolster that allows you to use an open-end or crescent wrench for added rotational torque.
