The easy to install Rail Mount Pulley Locking System makes it easy to safely and securely lift your bike off the floor. The Ceiling Rail Mount Bike Rack is lightweight and customizable, and each of the two-pulley assembly’s slide along the aluminum rail, making it a simple task to align the position of the bike seat and handlebar. Once in position, the pieces lock with a hex key so they stay in place for the next use.
