    1. The roof and wall panels are made of 27 gauge steel. The frame is made of 25 gauge steel. The trusses are made of 27 gauge steel.

    1. The wall and roof is approximately 27 gauge. The gauge of the steel used on the framing varies from 25 gauge on the wall framing to 27 gauge on the roof trusses.

    1. The garage will come with a standard roll up door. The manufacturer does not offer another door option for this garage.

    1. The slab should be at least 4" thick. It must be level and flat to provide good support for the frame. More details are found on page 5 of the manual which is located on the product page online.
