  2. Can I use this SmartStrap Heavy Duty Tow Strap with Hooks (the 30 ft long, 9.0k lbs) to tie down items like boxes on a hand truck (like for moving) & can.I also use it on the StrongWay Garden Wagon to also hold down my items in the wagon? Thank you.

    1. The heavy duty tow strap can be used to tie down boxes on a hand truck for garden cart, but is not recommend or intended for that purpose. There is no way to ratchet or tie down this strap without tying a knot that can potentially compromise the rated capacity. For lighter loads/boxes/lawncare bungees or tarp straps would be recommended.
