  1. What is working load?

    I have a boat weighing approximately 5000lbs that I trailer. I'm looking to use the straps for to tie down to trailer

    1. We use them to tie down heavy machinery and they work great - decent price too.

    2. The working load for this tie down is 1,667 pounds. When considering matching a tie down to an object of a certain weight, you will need to stay as close to the working load as possible. If the boat is 5000 pounds you should use a couple of stronger straps like the one recommended below.
