  2. Can you hang the panel vertically instead if horizontally to cover windows in a basement?

    1. The panel can be hung horizontally as well as vertically. The grommets are positioned every 12" on the top and every 18" on the sides. There are no grommets on the bottom. The panel is designed for indoor use only.

    1. These are tested on Noise Transmission Lost in a walled in room.With a noise frequency of 125 Hertz, the noise reduction would be 6 dB. With a noise frequency of 1000 Hertz, the noise reduction would be 20 dB.
