    1. This shelter has a snow load rating of 70 pounds per square foot (PSF). We would still recommend knocking snow off the shelter when possible so the weight does not stretch out the material over time.

    1. The overall height for the garage is 8 feet. The door would taper at the top and door height when fully opened would be approximately 6 1/2 to 7 feet high.

    1. The cover will come with a prorated ten year warranty. The panels and frame will come with a prorated three year warranty.

  4. What about the flooring for this structure? I hope to keep the moisture from seeping into vehicles parked inside. Thanks very much.

    1. There is not a floor included with the shelter. The shelter can be installed on packed soil, sand, gravel, clay, asphalt, concrete or wood. You will need to purchase the correct anchor per application.
