Can a replacement tarp be purchased?

Assuming that the tarp cover itself, not the frame, will fail at some point, can the tarp cover alone be purchased as a replacement?

  It can, however, the snow load and wind load ratings require proper anchoring to cement. The length of the shed is 16 feet, it would cover you vehicle.
