  1. How high do the sides roll up? How large is the space when the sides are down to the ground? What is the gap?

    1. The sides will roll up to 7 ft 4 in. The inside height when the sides are down would be the same at 7 ft 4 in. height and the inside width is 12 ft. There is not gap at the ground when the sides are down, there is extra fabric and the sides will touch the ground.

  2. Please confirm dimensions as I think the description has errors in it. Length 38.5" width 38.5" height 100.38 Inches. I have to be sure it will fit and I am particularly concerned with height.

    1. The assembled exterior width is 145.76", the exterior depth is 286.54" and the exterior height is 100.38".
