Does this shelter seal well to the ground?
During the cooler months I get many mice seeking places to shelter for the winter. If this doesn't allow for perfect sealing I will have mice causing damage to my vehicle. If not, do you have other portable garages that will allow for mouse-proof sealing?

This ShelterLogic AutoShelter RoundTop Portable Garage is waterproof. Due to the product not having a floor it is not considered mice proof.
