  1. How much does this shade swing if it gets windy? Is the bottom rail heavy enough to keep it from hitting someone in the head who might be sitting in a chair near the rail?

    1. The bottom rail is aluminum and is not heavy enough to keep the shade from swinging if the wind picks up. The bottom rail would need to be secured to something to keep the shade from moving in the wind.
