  • All casters feature a 1/2” diameter bolt hole. Bolt hole casters have a hole in the rivet which can accept a bolt or a customized stem for any type of mounting requirement.
  • Brake options include a top lock brake (TLB) or a total lock brake (TTL). The top lock brake (TLB) places a positive locking force against the wheel tread locking the wheel only. The total lock brake (TTL) also places a positive locking force against the wheel tread, but the total lock brake (TTL) simultaneously locks the wheel and the swivel for a complete stationary position.

Supports a total weight of 1200lbs (300lbs/per caster). When searching for a reliable and durable solution to your caster needs, consider Service Caster’s Series 20 roller bearing high temperature phenolic casters. The Service Caster Series #20 is ideal for bakery racks, light and medium duty material handling, carts, equipment, and shop projects. The zinc plated finish provides durability under any condition, and the high temp phenolic wheels- quieter than comparable steel wheels- have a high resistance to impact damage, providing protection for floors in commercial and industrial settings. The roller bearing is capable of carrying greater loads while also providing smoother rolling motion. It has a split outer race shell into which the roller assembly is inserted. Combination seal/thrust retainer washers protect the bearing from dirt, water, and chemicals. They also help absorb thrust friction (Note: roller bearing must be used with hardened spanner bushing or hardened shaft). This caster is ideal for use in high temperatures associated with baking, performing consistently in temperature ratings of 475°F continuous usage to 525°F intermittent usage. Not only are they resistant to water, oil, and grease, but because they are non-metallic, these wheels are spark proof, keeping you safely moving forward.
