    1. The sea foam would affect the oil by dissolving sludge and residues to clean the engine. It is designed to be safe for oil systems when used correctly, it will not harm seals or gaskets. It is recommended to drain the oil and and refill with fresh oil after treatment.

  2. Can you use this product on 2 cycle engines?

    1. The Sea Foam Motor Treatment is safe for 2‑stroke (two‑cycle) engines. Sea Foam recommends adding 2 ounces per gallon to 2‑stroke pre‑mix fuel.

  3. Can you put seafoam where you put your transmission fluid

    1. This is not designed to be mixed with transmission fluid. It is designed to be used through the carburetor or vacuum line and mixed with oil, gas or diesel.

  4. How do you put it in? Where do you put at?

    1. Add one ounce of Sea Foam Motor Treatment for every quart of oil in the crankcase. When ready, remove oil filler cap and pour the recommended amount of Sea Foam directly into the engine crankcase. Do not exceed one treatment per oil change interval.
