  3. Can it be used on a sand beach to uproot weeds?

    1. This tiller/cultivator may work for that application, but it is not designed for that purpose. It is important to keep in mind that wet sand could bog down the motor and jam the tines, the motor and other parts could wear down more quickly, the unit could over heat and become damaged if infiltrated by sand, and it may not work depending on how soft the sand is as well as how deep and tough the root systems are.
