    1. A 2 or 4-light kit can be added to this aerator, and can be purchased directly with the manufacturer.

  3. Can you add enough weight to the bottom that the platform is not visible because it is submerged and still have the aerator work?

    1. The platform on this aerator is designed to float on top of the water as pictured. It cannot be submerged by adding weights to the bottom of the unit and have the unit function properly.

    1. Aeration provides the oxygen necessary for aerobic digestion of algae. This unit is used to decrease algae build up and would not get clogged easily.
