  1. Would this be ideal for used Cooking oil collection. If so, how can I empty the used oil into a Tote?

    1. The oil vac could not be used for cooking oil collection.

  2. Does the pump have a way to acess the tank to clean it out?

    1. To clean the tank, open the tank discharge valve and connect an air source. This will allow pressure to build for the removal of the used fluid.

    1. The tank would have a 2" bung on top that can be removed to access the tank to clean it out.

    1. This Sage Oil Vac Fluid Recovery System is not designed to filter and return oil back to the machine.

  6. Can this be configured to evacuate at dipstick tube?

    Looking at a more efficient way to get the oil out of an engine, can there be a way of configuring an attachment so that you could insert it down the oil dipstick tube and suck the oil out that way?

    1. This item is not designed for oil recovery through the dipstick tube and there is not an attachment for that purpose available.

  7. Is there a way to pump the used materials into another larger storage tank?

    1. The Sage Oil Vac Fluid Recovery System is designed to create vacuum by using your existing air compressor and, by reversing the valve, it will create pressure to allow you to expel the fluids using the same hose you extracted them with.
