CR1 Triton™ Corrosion-Resistant Washdown Heaters. Ruffneck™ CR1 Triton™ Series is a new generation of NEMA 4X corrosion-resistant washdown heater built to last as an extremely reliable heat source in washdown and corrosive environments. With its 16-gauge stainless steel heater cabinet, users also benefit from industrial grade-durability, while other stainless steel elements offer added corrosion protection and improved heat distribution. The thermally protected and totally enclosed 1/2 HP Motor features permanently lubricated ball bearings, and the epoxy-coated fan blade contributes to a longer operational life as well. Stainless steel temperature high-limit controls are included for increased safety and dependability. The first UL-listed Type 4X heater with models ranging from 3 kW to 39 kW. Each Ruffneck™ CR1 Triton™ industrial washdown heater comes complete with a stainless steel wall/ceiling mounting kit for highly flexible mounting options. Ruffneck™ CR1 heaters are suitable for non-hazardous locations only. For washdown applications use water pressure less than 70 psi.
