Product Summary

Roughneck® Mobile Oil Dispensing Unit with self-priming pump is ideal for pumping oils and lubricants from a drum anywhere in your shop. Die-cast aluminum pump body with integrated bypass, internal sintered steel gears and relief valve device. Sturdy cart supports a standard 55-gallon drum (up to 484 lbs.) and includes a 1/2in. x 13ft. delivery hose with digital oil control valve and manual nozzle. Drum not included. Oversize shipping charge applies.

  1. Can the length of the delivery hose be increased?

    I need more length to reach my combine engine. Is the pump capable of dispensing the oil through a longer hose?

    1. I am planning on extending the hose on my pump to reach up to my combine engine. I cant see any problems in doing this.

    2. It could but it will affect the delivery flow and would need to be the same diameter hose. This is a mobile unit so one is suppose to wheel the unit to where one wants to dispense.

    1. No, it is meant to be used with oils and lubricants only as is stated in the manual.

  7. Where does the venting kit go on the pump. There is no installation instructions on where it goes.

    1. This oil dispensing system includes a self-ventilating pump. The vent kit is not installed at the factory so it would need to be installed. To install the #21 vent kit you would remove the #2 Overfall plug, then screw the #21 Vent kit to the position installed #2, and then place the hose end of #21 vent kit to oil container.

  9. Is there any way to turn off the digital display onthe meter. I am concerned how long the battery will last.

    1. No, the only way to not have the display would be to remove the battery.
