  1. pnuematic operations

    on the pneumatic operation. I see the lever operation to raise, is the lower function also on the handle? did not see how to lower the pneeumatic function.

    1. Lower it with the foot pedal

    2. This lowers the same way as it would with the foot pump. There is a small lever you can depress with your foot on the bottom of the cart to air it out.

    3. This lift table cart cannot be lowered with the handle. A discharge/lowering switch is located below the foot pedal for lowering the load after it's been raised pneumatically (or manually with the foot pump).

  2. The lift cart won't pump all the way up with the foot lever. It's like there's too much pressure preventing it from going all the way up. Have never put an air compressor to it. How do I fix that?

    1. This lift table is equipped with two lifting speeds. For no-load or light-load operation, the fast lifting setting can be used. When handling heavy loads, the adjustment block must be switched to the slow lifting position. Only then can the foot pedal be operated.

  3. How much does the cart actually weigh? It says the ship weight is over 200 pounds but is that how much the cart actually weighs?

    1. The actual weight of this lift cart is 125.4 kg or 276.46 lbs.

  4. Can you remove the handle bar?

    1. The handle bar can be removed, it does arrive disassembled. The lift cannot be used with the handle removed.

  5. Can this, or any of the other lift table carts, be moved up and down stairs? Could the object on the stable be strapped down to the table and it lowered, and it be used to move heavy bags or boxes, or artwork, up and down stairs? I have a basement studio.

    1. This lift table has a 770 lb. capacity and can have items secured to it with straps; however, it is not designed to move up and down stairs. Currently, we do not offer any lift tables designed to move up and down stairs. We do offer hand trucks, items 62444 and 67972, which can be used for the described application.

  6. I need a complete seal kit for the hydraulic cylinder on this. Is this availble?

  7. How much air pressure is required? What’s the smallest compressor that will work

    1. This requires 9 CFM at 90 PSI. A compressor such as item #1592059 will have the required air flow and pressure for this lift table.

  8. If you disconnect the air source while raised, will it drop?

    1. The air source should not be disconnected while the table cart lift is raised.

  9. Does this have to be assembled?

    1. The handle, foot pedal and discharge iron board of the lift table is dismantled during manufacturing. They can be reassembled by user. Assembly for this can be found on page 3 of the manual.
