Romotech's Stackable Egress Well is an elegant, low upkeep way to add natural light, ventilation, and an emergency escape to any basement living space. Single-wall polyethylene construction provides a high backfill rating and will never rust, erode, or collapse. It's also UV protected to maintain its color for years to come. These models are stackable for custom installation and available in 18in. or 36in. heights. The egress well is easy to install and maintain. It's designed to fit 3 - 5ft. slider or casement windows and meets IRC code requirements for below grade living areas. A polycarbonate cover (part number 82129248) is also available to prevent children, small animals, rain water, and debris from accidentally falling into the well.
