Fully Modulating Boiler with Outdoor Reset Radiant Made Simple (RMS) Pre-Plumbed Panels are professionally engineered, manufactured and pressure-tested. Each panel comes complete with boiler, expansion tank, air scoop, pressure relief valve, 5 port manifold, 3-speed pump and easy-to-follow instructions. Panels are designed around the reliable Thermolec TMB electric boiler with H Stamp. Choose from 4 boiler sizes and a variety of manifold options. All components are securely attached to a rugged ABS plastic panel, ready to be mounted and connected to your hydronic heating system. Panel size comes in a compact design, measuring 25in.W x 33in.H x 10in.D. RMS Pre-Plumbed Panels are an excellent value and problem-solver. They will enhance the appearance of your installation while decreasing the labor and expense required to complete your radiant project.

    1. Outdoor reset means the boiler uses an outdoor temperature sensor to automatically adjust its water temperature, providing warmer water when it is colder outside and cooler water when it is warmer.

  6. How does this compare to a standard electric on demand water heater, what are the GPM thank!!

    1. This is a purpose designed unit for HydroniceRadiant heating. A domestic water heater is not designed for this type of use. This is designed to heat a space of 1200 to 1500 square feet with a heat loss not more than 25 BTU per square foot when using 4-5 loops of 1/2" x 300' Pex tubing per loop. It does not offer a GPM rating.

  7. Where is this product manufactured? Are all metal parts made in the US? Are there any plastic parts in the unit?

    1. The boiler panel is made in the USA. The majority of the unit is metal with the exception of a few smaller parts such as the switch shut off valve.

    1. The boiler would heat approximately 1200 square feet.

    1. The boiler panel could be used in an underfloor joist radiant floor application, depending on how many loops. This system would have 5 loops.

  10. How serviceable are these units? if a pipe leaks or the boiler or pump breaks down, can they be replaced or does the entire unit have to be replaced?

    1. If the pump needs to be replaced, it is very easy to remove it and replace it. The pipes are pressure tested at the factory and are sealed, the pipes would not leak if properly installed and the unit exercised. You would need to turn the pump on to exercise the unit during off season months periodically for about 15 minutes.
