Questions

1–4 of 4 Questions

  1. how long before rain should it be applied

    1 answer

    1. Apply when rain is not expected for at least 2 hours, as RM43 becomes rainfast two hours after application.

      Helpful?

  2. How much do I use in a 1 gallon container

    1 answer

    1. RM43 Total Vegetation Control concentrate is mixed at 6 fl oz per gallon of water for spot control or 7.4 fl oz per 1–10 gal for bare‑ground total vegetation control, applied evenly to actively growing weeds for up to one year of suppression.

      Helpful?

  3. Do you have to water after applying

    1 answer

    1. RM 43 does not require water after application. However, you must use sufficient water in a 1,000 square foot area to ensure that 7.4 ounces of RM 43 covers both the foliage and the soil. The label permits the use of 1 to 10 gallons of water per 1,000 square feet. For the product to be effective, it is essential that it makes contact with the soil.

  4. After using 43 how long before regular plants can be introduced to the applied area?

    1 answer

    1. You would need to wait at least 12 months before introducing any desirable plants or seeds to an area treated with this vegetation control.
