  • The center of the tip of the punch has a rounded center section that fits inside the hole created by the roll pin. This helps prevent damaging the roll pin and easy removal of the pin
  • The octagonal shape is easier to grip when striking with a hammer and also prevents the tool from rolling away when placed on a surface.

This set includes 6” length roll pin punches with the following diameters: 3/32in., 1/8in., 5/32in., 3/16in., 7/32in., 1/4in. and 5/16in. Used primarily to remove roll pin punches. The center of the tip of the punch has a rounded center section that fits inside the hole created by the roll pin. This helps prevent damaging the roll pin and easy removal of the pin. The octagonal shape is easier to grip when striking with a hammer and also prevents the tool from rolling away when placed on a surface. The tip is ground and polished. The material core design prevents mushrooming of the striking head. Tools are tempered to a hardness of 54 to 58 HRC - not just at the tip but throughout the entire length of the tool. Forged from top quality hardened chrome vanadium steel. Compiles with DIN 7255 standard. Set includes seven (7) roll pin punches: 9R 455 721 KUS (3/32in. x 6in.), 9R 455 722 KUS (1/8in. x 6in.), 9R 455 723 KUS (5/32in. x 6in.), 9R 455 724 KUS (3/16in. x 6in.), 9R 455 725 KUS (7/32in. x 6in.), 9R 455 726 KUS (1/4in. x 6in.), and 9R 455 727 KUS (5/16in. x 6in.).
