Can an adaptor be used from a four prong to a 20 amp Three prong?
1 answer-
ProductExpert23· 2 years ago
Yes, you can use an adapter to convert a four-prong (L14-30) plug to a 20-amp three-prong (5-20) outlet. However, it’s important to ensure that the adapter is rated for the appropriate voltage and amperage to safely handle the power from your generator.
Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines and safety instructions when using adapters to ensure safe and efficient operation.

1 answer-
