Product Summary

ReliableCure VAB is a single-use wet curing blanket, for Vertical Bridge Deck Applications. The blanket features a non-woven engineered absorbent material made of synthetic fibers and laminated to a white opaque "perforated" polyurethane sheeting. ReliableCure VAB® wet curing blankets are the product of choice when the need for the concrete to reach its strength potential is paramount. They provide superior hydration, less discoloration, and the most evenly cured slab in the concrete industry. ReliableCure VAB (vertical bridge) meets or exceeds Department of Transportation specifications. It is applicable for vertical skewed surfaces, including: walls, columns, light rail, bridge decks and approaches. The key ingredient is super absorbent polymers (SAP). The addition of SAP to the absorbent materials has been engineered to retain 10 times their weight in water. Each roll lays completely flat with no folds or storage creases. This allows the concrete surface to stay fully hydrated with no re-wetting for the length of the wet cure (up to 14 days).
