  1. Can this be mounted to ROPS?. Maybe some adjustable band clamps. Wish I had better pics of this thing.

    1. The model RAF4W is not designed for mounting on a ROPS (roll over protection system). It is specifically designed for a fender mounted application.

  2. Can this radio be roof mounted to the under side of a tractor roof? Also can you use a car type antenna to replace vertical whip one?

    1. The RAF4W is designed for fenders, not roofs. For roof installations, use the REC24W (Item 555006). You can replace the whip antenna with a car antenna if it is compatible.

  3. Does it have Bluetooth?

    1. The RAF4W will offer AM/FM radio, weather band radio and a front auxiliary port. The radio does not have blue tooth.

    1. To power the unit, this radio has an ACC wire and a 12 volt battery.

  6. Hoe good is the AM band reception

    I have had other work radios that receive FM and OK, but AM band cuts in and out depending on what direction you are traveling.

    1. With a 60 decibel signal to noise ratio, this radio has an average to good AM reception rating.

  7. Could this be wired to plug into a cigarette lighter? Have a wall adapter that accepts a standard wall plug.

    1. The radio can be powered by any sufficient 12 volt power source. The source must be capable of providing 8 amps of current. The two power wires (red & yellow) must be connected to the 12 volt system and the black wire must be grounded. A wall adapter is not compatible with this item.
