These boots are constructed to work hard for you, whether on the hiking trail or on the job. Sturdy waterproof leather uppers protect your feet from the outside, while StarGuard waterproof membranes and Tiabrellelinings protect your feet from the inside. The StarGuard membranes play backup to the waterproof leather, and the Tiabrelle linings wick sweat away from your feet. ASTM rated, these boots also protect against 75 lbs. of impact and compression and electrical hazard, whether in the workplace or from lightning on a wilderness trail. Padded tongues and collars provide cushioning comfort and prevent chafing. Removable EVA cushion insole inserts with sponge rubber heel wedges provide impact resistance and max comfort. Dual-density EVA cushion midsoles deliver further protection, including heel airbags. Slip-resistant rubber outsoles with a special lug design, combined with the external shank supports, provide the traction and stability you need in tough conditions. These soles are also oil, chemical and abrasion resistant. And since these boots are 100% nonmetallic, they're also security friendly. Wear them and your feet will be in great shape all day long, indoors or out.
