Product Summary

This RDS Manufacturing heavy-duty aluminum tank is rugged and rustproof, featuring heavy-gauge .190 aluminum construction and is suitable for diesel. Not for use with gasoline. Tank is not DOT-approved; user is responsible for complying with all local, state and federal requirements pertaining to the loading and discharging of tank contents. Note: This smooth mil finished tank may have some scratch marks, which is normal and unavoidable with this finish type.

  3. Is filler neck a screw cap and what size is the tread ? Would like to put a filler line on.

    1. Yes, it is a screw cap. As far as the threads, they are a custom thread size that fit our RDS caps. It’s not a standard size.

  4. is the 3/8 drain plug on the filler neck side of the tank? will be using it to gravity feed fuel for my truck as well

    1. The tank can be used as an auxiliary tank. The drain will be located on the same side as the filler neck.
