Product Summary

Rapid Patch® Self-Leveling Resurfacer is a cement-based material designed to resurface damaged concrete floors or provide a smooth, hard wear surface for light industrial use. It can also serve as an underlayment for tile, stone, resilient flooring, carpet, and other finishes. Apply from 1/8 to 2in. (3–51 mm), or up to 5in. (127 mm) when extended with pea gravel. Suitable for fully cured concrete and properly reinforced APA exterior-grade plywood or OSB.

  1. Do I need to use a primer before pouring self leveling resurfacer on me concrete

    1 answer

    1. All surfaces require proper surface preparation followed by
      priming with a primer that is intended for use on concrete with
      a cementitious self-leveling underlayment, such as Akona
      Concrete Bonding Additive (sold separately). Follow primer
      manufacturer’s instructions for installation. Allow primer to dry
      to the touch. Extremely porous concrete surfaces will need two coats of primer.
