Product Summary

Quincy Refrigerated Air Dryers purify compressed air by chilling it to between +39° and +50°F. This causes entrained moisture to condense. Condensed moisture carries airborne dirt and oil to the separator where it is removed from the air stream by an automatic drain.
High-Temperature Non-Cycling -- Capable of accepting 180°F inlet temperature. These units integrate five different components that perform five different functions to eliminate water, oil and dirt from air systems, preventing damage to pneumatic tools and cylinders.

  2. Is the QRHT (25 CFM) suitable for lower flows such as 5 CFM

    I need a high temperature ref dryer as Ghana is a tropical country with high temperatures. My expected flow is small but the minimum flow rate for the high temp option is 25 CFM. Could it be used? Also my pressures are to be less than 70 - 90 psi. Could the QRHT be yet suitable?

  3. What is the difference between high temperature or just a plain non-cycling?

    We are using a plasma machine and pneumatic tools

    1. The high temperature is for the amount of heat that the unit can stand coming into it. Not the heat it would put out. The maximum inlet temperature these can withstand is 180 degrees F. They are best used in areas such as Texas that have hot summer days.
