Quincy QGS-5 Rotary Screw Air Compressor with Dryer offers superior compressed air performance in a compact, modern and quiet design. This extremely quiet rotary screw compressor features a continuous 100% duty cycle and operates without the high vibration and sound levels produced by typical reciprocating compressors. A small footprint and lower noise levels offer increased installation flexibility, making the QGS ideal for most applications. Compressor features an integrated refrigerated air dryer to purify compressed air by chilling it to condense and remove moisture, airborne dirt and oil. Comes equipped with a TEFC electric motor, V-belt drive, oil-injected twin screw pump, standard quiet enclosure, 8000-hr. premium synthetic fluid, ASME certified receiver tank and more.

    1. At full load, this unit will draw 28.2 Amps. A 30A breaker is recommended.

    1. There is no daily or weekly maintenance required. It has a built in auto drain. You would just want to keep the condenser clean. You would just blow it out with air. How often would depend on your environment.

  4. How much oil does the the OGS-5 take when changing, and do you offer an oil change kit?

    1. This model has an oil capacity of .66 gallons. See item #47832 for the air filter and oil filter for this compressor and item #52939 for the compressor oil.
