Quincy QP heavy-duty pressure lubricated reciprocating compressor is designed for tougher applications where traditional splash lubricated compressors just are not enough. The cast iron full pressure lubricated system provides positive pressure to all critical surfaces including the crankshaft, bearings, connecting rods and wrist pins, delivering up to 15% longer life. High-quality Gerotor oil pump and spin-on oil filter ensures consistent lubrication, lower operating temperatures and better filtration for longer life and reliability. Compressor comes standard with a 1-year warranty, but has an option of extending the warranty with purchase and use of Item #43,106 Extended warranty kit. Double your Quincy QP 7.5 HP, 80-gallon pressure lubricated air compressor's one-year warranty to 2 years "bumper-to-bumper" and triple the pump warranty to 3 years (on-site parts and labor) by purchasing this Extended Support and Maintenance Kit at the same time (on the same receipt) as your Quincy QP 7.5 HP, 80-gallon air compressor. Register the purchase online within 10 days of receipt and follow the owners manual maintenance schedule to get the extended warranty coverage. Kit includes 9 quarts QuinCip D synthetic fluid, one polyester washable air filter element, three oil filters and 10 maintenance stickers. To extend your compressor warranty out to 5 years (on-site parts and labor), purchase the Extended Warranty Kit Plus (Item# 44810) during the first three years of ownership (must have also purchased the Extended Warranty Kit (Item# 43106) with compressor.
